DELIVERY DELAY

Orders for Our Yarns and Our Kits & Accessories are prepared the same day and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified.

The deadline for orders for Our Creations are specific to each of the creations since they are, for the most part, made to order. The deadline is clearly defined in the description of each product.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during a pandemic, promotion or during statutory holidays.

SHIPPING COST

Delivery is fixed at $7 for all orders of $29.99 and more before applicable taxes in Canada and elsewhere*. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and vary for all orders under $29.99 before taxes.

SHIPPING METHOD

The delivery of orders on our online store is provided by Canada Post. However, some items may be shipped by another carrier depending on the weight, size or quantity of the items ordered.
