I still have not received my crochet hook that was ordered December 15. The delivery date keeps being changed and no information has been updated since the 17th. The company they chose to mail the package is awful.

Un délai de 7 jours ouvrables pour la livraison d’un colis du Québec vers la Saskatchewan, particulièrement durant la période des fêtes, est tout à fait normal.

Tel que stipulé dans notre politique d'expédition, ''veuillez prendre note que les délais peuvent être plus longs en période de pandémie, de promotion ou lors de congés fériés''.

Le colis a été pris en charge par notre transporteur le 16 décembre et a été livré avec succès le 24 décembre.
